We deliver Australia wide using either Australia Post (registered Express Post) or a courier service. We carry most items in stock and online orders are usually picked within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Out of stock items can take up to 10 working days.

No matter where you live in Australia – we charge a flat rate of $19.50 +GST for shipping and handling.

Payment is required prior to delivery on all stock. We offer payment by EFT, MasterCard, Visa and accept cheques. Cheque orders are processed on bank clearance. All custom printed lanyard orders require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total order to be paid on acceptance of artwork prior to the commencement of this order. The remaining balance is payable in full prior to delivery.

Delivery of Custom Printed Lanyards is approximately 12 to 18 working days from artwork approval and payment of the 50% non refundable deposit.

Yes, we provide an artwork proof for your approval before going into production of your lanyards.

We value your order no matter how big or small so please don’t hesitate to ask for help for any quantity.

Our custom printed lanyards have a minimum order quantity of 50 and our custom printed retractable card holders have a minimum order of 200.

We have a minimum total order payment of $25 (including P & H)
